lovely building and rooms with access to excecutive lounge. particularly good and unbeatable location, a short walk to riverside, thoroughly enjoyed this place. a gorgeous hotel, my first choice in ho chi minh city.

We had an amazing stay at the Lotte Hotel in Saigon. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the executive lounge and spa facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in HCMC.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the river was amazing. The staff were welcoming and the concierge was very helpful. The availability of small bananas 24/7 was a nice touch that showed the hotel's attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well locyed with great views over the river in some rooms. Very stylsih with a large beautiful lobby . Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are very attentive. Large pool in the garden. Back exit offers close contact to downtown Ho chi Minh city. Excellent breakfast.

Lower floor rooms over river would be noisy. Japenese owned hotel so beds are wide but rather short! Rather pricey but good value comaped to other hotels. Vr

Varied and delicious breakfasts provided. Well-appointed room with excellent water pressure in the shower. Top-class staff. Exceptionally nice and ideal location, near bars and cafés. A small restaurant and a pool bar available. Fast check-in and good service.

Luxury hotel, excellent location on the sightseeing area and with panoramic views

The staff at the hotel were warm, helpful, and professional, giving us a positive first impression. The location of the hotel was strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions such as churches, malls, and restaurants.- The breakfast selection was awesome, offering a variety of dishes to suit every taste.

The rooms could use a refurbishment as they appeared a bit tired and dated. Some of the waiting staff were not readily available by the pool, requiring guests to go to the outside bar to place orders.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is convenient and nearby major shopping area. Service is good and all staff are friendly and helpful. The staff are also flexible and allow me to check out later.

Just wish that there are more variety cable tv channels. The reception of some of the tv channels are not very clear.

Internet service was substandard compared to other hotels i stayed in. I booked 3 rooms for 3 days and all 3 rooms could not access internet from the room on 1st day. Second day only one room had internet service after IT department fixed problem. It is really a shame that all 3 rooms could not have access to internet on all 3 days. I was told that I could use the internet service in the hotel lobby if I wanted to but that was really inconvenient.
